The Alliances Sub-committee is to help PEOs in their overseas business trips, trade missions and overseas/ local events and exhibitions, by facilitating and sharing resources. Locally, the APSC Resource Management Centre for PEOs will maintain a database for management of contract trainers or teachers, ie on a 'co-share' basis. The quality of instructional skills of local teaching shall have met the APSC standard. Also, it shall advise PEOs on matters that help them to focus on co-operation among APSC members (mostly for project-based works/jobs/tasks) by informing or educating them on developments of the education industry.
