Basic Consultancy : Assuming that the company has done self preparation and is quite ready for CaseTrust accreditation by CASE

• To assist the company in understanding the requirements of the CaseTrust Scheme.
• To review the company's business systems and evaluate its compliance to the CaseTrust requirements.
• A report shall be given on the findings and appropriate corrective actions in compliance to the CaseTrust requirements.
Consultancy fees : $2,500 - $5,000 (before grant) depending on size and complexity of business consulted

Level Up Consultancy : Needed when the company's system is not quite up to CaseTrust requirements and require assistance to level up to the CaseTrust requirements

• To study the company's existing processes and business systems to determine the gaps
• To advise how such gaps could be addressed and to help the company set up appropriate systems and processes in compliance to the CaseTrust requirements
• Assistance may involve training or recommendations on the appropriate courses for personnel skill upgrading.
• To assist the company set up and prepare the nec

essary documentation in compliance to the CaseTrust requirements.
Consultancy fees : $3,500 - $8,000 (before grant) depending on size and complexity of business consulted

Transformation Consultancy : A total transformation of the business is needed to meet CaseTrust requirements. The Applicant does not understand CaseTrust scheme. Their business systems and processes are not in compliance to the CaseTrust requirements.

• To assist the company to understand the requirements of CaseTrust
• To assist the company to set up processes

and procedures in compliance to CaseTrust requirements. Some of these requirements are spelt out in the CaseTrust criteria such as policy and procedures for handling and communication with customers, promotion of products, pricing, advertising and promotion practices, good retailing practices and procedures, and system to ensure quality of products and services.
• To advise how the staff could be trained and upgraded to ensure sufficient products knowledge and business operations
Consultancy fees : $5,000 - $15,000 (before grant) depending on size and complexity of business consulted
