The Constitution Review Sub-committee is to periodically review the APSC constitution with an objective to propose and have adopted a new constitution for the association that will ensure its continuing relevance and effectiveness as the voice of the education industry. In addition, it will also evaluate the possibilities of expanding its membership base to consider the inclusion of all Private Education Organisations (PEOs), instead of the current practice of restricting admission of new members to private MOE-registered schools only. It will also take into account affiliation with ASME and other Overseas PEOs.
