Student Welfare, Protection & Mediation
The welfare and protection of our member school students is a key strategic priority
for us. To this end, student protection, mediation and dispute resolution are key
mandates of APSC. We have instituted clear and transparent dispute resolution and
grievance handling processes as well as various options for recourse in the event
of disagreement between students and PEIs. We will also seek to mitigate any negative
fallout arising from such issues, and ensure minimal disruption to the educational
progress of the affected students.
