The Education Sub-committee is to constantly engage in meaningful dialogues with PEOs in their quest for high academic quality and good management processes. It shall be the 'link' to quality services that APSC members may enjoy as a membership privilege. It's objective is to help PEOs wanting a head start, ie begin from "somewhere" rather than "from scratch", in their pursuit for academic excellence, accreditation and management quality.

The role is to review programme structure, methods of assessment to make recommendation, and promote academic rigor and quality through accreditation.
